Because we know everyone's body is different, we offer all new members a First Free Month of our vitamins. This means that you are getting a whole month to try out the product, without ever having to pay for it. If, for some reason, you decide that our vitamins are not for you, just cancel your membership, and you will never be billed again. Most people love the vitamins and are happy to continue getting it at the discounted rate of $9.99 +shipping per formula.

Because of this extra-generous offer to try the products before buying, we have a no-return policy on any subsequent shipments. Once an order has shipped out of our warehouse, it may not be returned or refunded. The first month that's free, is your opportunity to try and decide if the products are right for you. A cancellation must be made 1 FULL BUSINESS DAY prior to the scheduled date of shipment for your vitamins, if you want it stopped. We are unable to do "last minute" cancellations or to cancel an order after the package has been shipped, even it has not yet been delivered.

You simply fill out the customer support form and choose the "cancel by orders" option.  It's as simple as one click.

Return Policy

There are no returns and no refunds. The Free First month IS the guarantee. You get a full month to evaluate the products and decide if you want to continue receiving them. You can cancel any time, as long as you do it a Full Business Day prior to the shipment of the package.

Cancelation Abuse Prevention Policy:
In order to prevent Habitual “purchase and cancel” behavior, we reserve the right to allow only 1 free month per household. If you need us to make an exception, please contact us on the customer support page, and we will consider the case.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are $2.99 per formula each month. Shipments are delivered within 3-5 business days (on average). Tracking numbers can be provided upon request.
